Blackberry Blueberry Vegan Cake is a healthy dessert you can serve at any meal. This cake is a healthy dessert that you and your family will enjoy without feeling guilty. Just follow the simple directions and you will have this cake ready in one hour from the time you start.
Prep time is roughly 20 minutes and cook time depends on the oven you use.
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl, stir completely. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl, stir completely.
Combine your wet ingredients to your dry and mix until batter is ready. Patricia warns me to quit mixing once ingredients are combined.
Line with parchment paper so the cake will not stick to the dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Farenheit or 180 Celsius.
We are using a Gourmia small counter top oven and our cake in the photo was finished at around 29 minutes of cook time. I put a tooth pick in the cake to check and see if the inside is cooked. When the tooth pick comes out dry, that means the cake is fully cooked.
In the past, we used a conventional large oven and the cake needed up to 35 minutes to cook.
Dry Ingredients:

Wet Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Organic Soy Milk

This dessert provides the body with many nutrients including vitamins and minerals. It is smart to give your body plant based foods because the body can easily digest and assimilate the nutrition from plants.
People that are trying to lose weight would benefit from a plant based diet that includes fruits, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds and vegetables.
Using Organic Coconut Sugar In Its Powdered Form Is Much Healthier Than Using White Sugar.
