Vegan Buckwheat Pizza

Vegan Buckwheat Pizza Ingredients

200 Grams Organic Spelt Flour

100 Grams Organic Whole White Wheat Flour

50 Grams Organic Buckwheat Flour

210 ML Pure Warm Water

2 Tablespoons Organic Olive Oil

1/2 Tablespoon Active Dry Yeast

1/2 Tablespoon Honey

1 Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt

Vegan Buckwheat Pizza Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together and then pour in the warm water with the honey and then knead the dough out until the dough is soft. Let the dough rest for 25 minutes. Knead the dough one more time for 5 minutes and then put in a plastic bag and then seal your dough and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Take out and put in your pizza pan and cover all the pan and roll out the dough.

Take 1/3 Cup of Tomato Sauce or Organic Pizza Sauce. We use Organic Pasta Sauce in our pizzas. Now take some Vegan Cheese, we like the Daiya Cheddar Cheese, and sprinkle over your tomato sauce. Layer the following vegetables:

Artichoke

Corn

Mushrooms

Olives

Onions

Red Peppers

Sliced Tomatoes

Last step is to sprinkle with Organic Oregano over the pizza.

Turn your oven on to warm it up to 420 degrees. Bake for 12 minutes at 420 degrees. Pull from the oven and slice your Vegan Buckwheat Pizza Pie and enjoy compliments of Patricia.

By just making a couple of substitutions, you can eat your favorite foods and turn them into healthy foods. Buckwheat is an alkaline grain. Vegan cheese is much healthier than eating cheese from animals.

You can also vary the vegetables you put on your pizza to rotate and have a new recipe each week.
