Banana Blueberry Cake is a healthy dessert you can serve at any meal. My wife Patricia uses organic fruits and sometimes vegetables to make real healthy desserts for us to enjoy.

Banana Blueberry CakeIngredients

4 Bananas ( Medium Size )

1 Cup Organic Blueberries

1 and 1/2 Cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour

1/ 2 Cup Panela Or Coconut Sugar ( Unrefined Sugar Is Healthiest )

1/2 Cup Olive Oil

1 and 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1 Tablespoon Of Alcohol Free Vanilla

1 Teaspoon Of Cinnamon Powder

A Pinch Of Sea Salt

1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts ( Optional )

Directions:

Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl and then add the oil, vanilla, and mix all thoroughly. In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

Now put the liquid mix into the dry mix and mix thoroughly and then put the nuts and blueberries. You have many options as to what ingredients you can use in your Banana Blueberry Cake.

Take some oil and use a brush to grease your baking pan. Now pour the ingredients in the baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. You will want to check that your cake is cooked all the way through by placing a toothpick in the center and see if the toothpick comes out clean. Some ovens may take up to 40 minutes to complete the cooking of your Banana Blueberry Cake.
