Life is good. Phone is ringing during day and traffic on my site is good. My task now is to increase visits to my blog. I will keep posting about eating healthy food, exercising, and supplementation.

One other positive impact I have found in my life is having a spiritual walk each day really helps me in this fast paced global economy. I do a Bible study right before I begin my office tasks each day. I also am a Seventh-day Adventist so this gives me a set 24 hour rest period every week. I can notice an improvement in my productivity during the work week since becoming a baptized believer.

Coral Complex 3

Coral Complex 3 is a new product offered by the Whole Wellness Club. Re-mineralize your body with minerals your body needs. Product is sourced from above sea coral to avoid marine toxins in sea water.

Coral Complex 3 is an alkaline balance dietary supplement that will help re-mineralize your body. The United States government was warned in the 1930’s that the soils in which our crops are grown had lost the vital nutrients to help our agricultural industry produce plants that have minerals and enzymes we need as humans.

In order to make sure your body is getting enough of the vitamins, minerals, and enzymes it needs, it is imperative to find affordable and high quality health supplements. Whole Wellness Club has the answer for you. We offer products that are priced competitively for the same quality of product you could find in your local health food store. We also offer our club members commissions on any referrals they make to the club. Some members get their products for free and other members earn hundreds and up to thousands of dollars per month by sharing the concept with other people around the world.

Just finished reading Dan Buettner’s book The Blue Zones: Lessons for Living Longer from the People Who’ve Lived the Longest! There is much evidence that eating a plant based diet will improve your health and lower risk of disease.

I have learned how to take nuts, oats, spices, vegetables, and whole wheat flour to make excellent meat substitutes. I have a food processor that grinds everything into a mixture that you bake in the oven for an hour. Just add some ketchup to the top of the mixture and it looks just like meatloaf.

The benefits of eating this way is lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, and fiber from the vegetables helps your digestive system. You also do not need to eat as much because you will be satiated or feel full. This results in reaching your appropriate weight. Keeping healthy from the inside is so important. You can lose weight gradually with this diet and exercise will help speed up the process.

I have a few health products that will help you on your journey. One is a cleansing product that removes toxins, parasites, and any waste build up out of the colon and digestive tract. The other is a Coral Complex 3 which re-mineralizes the body.

A lot of my success in maintaining a healthy weight is attributed to an exercise program. I have studied and read a lot about what the benefits are and have incorporated a program into my daily life. Did you know that if you walk for just 30 minutes a day, you will be healthier and help the body in a number of ways.

Studies show that an early morning workout which includes a 30 minute walk will increase your metabolism rate. The rest of the day you can be sitting at a desk and the rate you burn calories will be increased because you walked. Walking also is excellent for the digestive system and your cardiovascular system.

I also do a program that includes basic exercises:

  1. Exercise ball
  2. Inversion table for 10 minutes
  3. Push-ups
  4. Sit-ups
  5. Stretching for flexibility
  6. Yoga

The total time I spend to accomplish this every morning is around 90 minutes. I feel great and have been told I also look good as far as having strong and toned muscles. I find the key is to never miss a morning unless it is an emergency. I have plenty of cold weather gear for winter walks and have the gear for walking in the rain as well.

My name is Daniel Parsons. I am a 2005 graduate of Washington State University (WSU).  I worked at Alaska Airlines for six years while completing my degree. WSU has an excellent College of Business & Economics. Parsons Marketing opened in late summer of 2005 using the skills and training I learned at WSU.

I get to interact with people all over the world in our home based business industry. I enjoy being healthy and active and gravitated towards the health products industry. I am able to show others how to take income they already are spending and turn it into a part or full-time income. If someone is willing, we can mentor them into being a successful entrepreneur. It is exciting to have a stable income that will not go away. There are no layoffs or corporate outsourcing when you have your own enterprise.
