Hamstrings & Calves


I do the following exercises to workout my Hamstrings and Calves:

Dog Lifts

Glute Kick Back

Hamstring Stretch

Rear Leg Raises

Standing Calf Raise

Stay faithful to your exercise program and the rewards are incredible! Take care of your body and your body will take care of you!

Make sure you are drinking one half your ideal body weight in fluid ounces of pure water each day to properly hydrate your body! Coffee, sodas, and tea do not count!
