Because the oceans are more toxic from pollution and the recent radiation issue from the nuclear plant in Japan, I am no longer eating seafood. I made this today and had it for lunch and it was tasty. Just steam some green vegetables and slice a tomato to go along with this healthy lunch. Serves 4 In medium bowl, mash the chick peass coarsely with a fork or other utensil. Mix in the dry ingredients and then add the rest of the ingredients. 1/4 cup vegan mayonnnaise
1/3 cup minced celery
2 1/2 Tablespoon minced dill pickle or ( 1 Tablespoon dill spice)
1/2 Tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
1 green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon soy sauce or Braggs Aminos
1/2 teaspoon kelp powder ( optional )
