Life is good. Phone is ringing during day and traffic on my site is good. My task now is to increase visits to my blog. I will keep posting about eating healthy food, exercising, and supplementation.
One other positive impact I have found in my life is having a spiritual walk each day really helps me in this fast paced global economy. I do a Bible study right before I begin my office tasks each day. I also am a Seventh-day Adventist so this gives me a set 24 hour rest period every week. I can notice an improvement in my productivity during the work week since becoming a baptized believer.
