Wash Then Soak One Cup of Organic Kidney Beans In Water Overnight

Next Morning, Cook Beans ( We Use An Instant Pot For 30 Minutes )

Cook One Half Cup of Organic Quinoa For 20 Minutes

Chop Up Some Organic Cilantro

Cut Up One Tomato Into Small Pieces

Stir All Ingredients

Sprinkle 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil and the Juice From A Fresh Squeeze Organic Lime

Makes About 4 Servings !
