Broccoli Noodle Tofu Casserole is easy to prepare and serve. Eating plant based foods helps give your body fiber, enzymes, minerals and vitamins.
Ingredients Broccoli Noodle Tofu Casserole
4 Broccoli Florets
140 Grams Of Lotus Foods Organic Millet Brown Rice Noodles
1/2 Brick Of Organic Tofu
4 Mushrooms
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Tablespoon Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 Tablespoon of Organic Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Cooking Directions:
Cut your tofu into small cubes and set aside. Cook your noodles according to the directions on the package. Lightly steam your Broccoli. Brown your mushrooms in the olive oil.
When warm, put your garlic, oregano and aminos. Stir this mixture about 3 minutes. Now put your Tofu in the skillet and mix 1 minute and then add the coconut milk and stir.
Now add your broccoli and stir the casserole dish. Put your cooked noodles in the serving dish and then add the Tofu Mushrooms Broccoli sauce over the noodles and then sprinkle your sesame seeds on top.
