Salad Dressing Made From Potatoes Ingredients
250 Grams Of Organic Potatoes ( One Cup )
3 Tablespoons Water
2 Cloves Of Garlic
1 Organic Lemon
2 Tablespoons Of Organic Olive Oil
Salt to Taste
Cooking Directions
Peel your potatoes, chop in slices and steam in water until soft. Mash your potatoes and put in your blender. We have a VitaMix and a Blendtec to create this recipe.
Take 3 Tablespoons of the potato water and put in your blender.
Chop your garlic into small pieces and put in your blender.
Squeeze the juice out of your lemon and put it in your blender.
Measure 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil and put in your blender.
Blend the mixture until it is like mayonnaise and put in a serving bowl. You can also just pour it onto your salads or pour into a container for storage. The ingredients will last for four days in your refrigerator.
