I decided to eat healthier around mid-year. I just decided to cut down on meat consumption and eat more fish and vegetables. I was never really fond of sodas and caffeine. Drink plenty of water and homemade juice. I avoid white carbs and sugar too.

My new years resolution is to have a healthy lifestyle as well. I promise myself that i'll jog everyday to stay physically fit and to prevent future disease. I know that exercising is not effective to avoid disease but it's a good start to stay healthy.
Scott, Exercise sure does help people enjoy their life more while we are all aging. I know from Physics that a body in motion tends to stay in motion. A body at rest tends to stay at rest. My workout program only takes a few minutes every other day.
