Welcome to the 84 Million Americans Have PreDiabetes post. PreDiabetes is a wake up call that you are on a path to diabetes. Around 90 percent of the 84 million Americans that have PreDiabetes do not know they have this condition of a high blood sugar level.
The Mayo Clinic states: “Prediabetes means that your blood sugar level is higher than normal but not yet high enough to be type 2 diabetes. Without lifestyle changes, people with prediabetes are very likely to progress to type 2 diabetes. If you have prediabetes, the long-term damage of diabetes — especially to your heart, blood vessels and kidneys — may already be starting.”
“There’s good news, however. Progression from prediabetes to type 2 diabetes isn’t inevitable. Eating healthy foods, incorporating physical activity in your daily routine and maintaining a healthy weight can help bring your blood sugar level back to normal.”
“Prediabetes affects adults and children. The same lifestyle changes that can help prevent progression to diabetes in adults might also help bring children’s blood sugar levels back to normal.” You can read the whole story on the Mayo Clinic website:

84 Million Americans Have PreDiabetes Solution
There is a solution. Remove animal products from your diet gradually for permanent success. It is great if you could do it instantly however the way I did it in 2000 was by getting rid of red meat first.
1. Eat plants that are loaded with fiber. You will grow to enjoy the food & you can make it look & taste great.
2. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day to circulate your blood & improve your health.
3. Whole Wellness Club has a whole food product that will naturally lower blood sugar. Find out more on my page below.

Don’t shoot the messenger. I asked God what direction He wanted me to go after retiring from Alaska Airlines. Wellness is the perfect fit as I live the lifestyle to get the most out of the remaining years I may be blessed with before Jesus calls me home.
