Here is a very healthy smoothie recipe to give your body vital nutrients & protein for the day. Of course you can mix up the recipe according to the availability of fresh fruits as they are in season. Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 Cups Almond or Coconut Milk
2 Heaping Tablespoons Organic Oatmeal
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Agave
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries

Oatmeal is loaded with dietary fiber. Oats are another great source of nutrients and help you feel satiated after eating oatmeal.
