I had a bug, cold or flu yesterday. One of our members at Cedar Creek SDA Church was getting over a case of flu and I must have gotten his germs. Last night, I was chilled even though it was around 70 degrees outside and inside. I took the Camucin product that is stabilized allicin and it has the equivalent of eating 37 raw cloves of garlic in allicin content along with organic camu camu powder. Today I am better after resting. Started today with 4 glasses of water, first one always has fresh squeezed organic lemon juice. So grateful that I learned how to be my own doctor after the last bad reaction to the seasonal flu shot I was given at Seattle VA in 2005.
