Shoulders & Abdominals


I do the following exercises to workout my Shoulders and Abdominal areas of my body:

Bent Flies

Bicycle Sit-Ups

Core Stabilizer

Front Shoulder Press

Plank Workout

Rear Flies

Seated Shoulder Press

Stay faithful to your exercise program and the rewards are incredible! Take care of your body and your body will take care of you!

Make sure you are drinking one half your ideal body weight in fluid ounces of pure water each day to properly hydrate your body! Coffee, sodas, and tea do not count!
