  • I used a 12 ounce Mori-Nu low fat tofu. There was no need for the 1/2 cup of water since I had 4 ounces more tofu than the cancer project recipe called for. I also was able to make 8 pieces of french toast. It was delicious. I had fresh strawberries and some pure maple syrup on top.
