Dr. Chappell mentioned two terms on our weekly health conference recently. Osteoblastic is a term that means a bone forming cell in regard to cells being built up. Osteoclastic is the opposite condition and means bone cells are torn down. As we age, we should be aware of any habit or diet practice that promotes Osteoclastic cellular activity in our bodies.
