God is so Awesome! I prayed this morning that HE would use me to help others. A man called about my health products and I am taking them to him and bringing some of my meatless meatloaf, some other recipes, and he wants to lose weight and get his blood pressure down with Alligin.
I never knew I would be a Naturopathic Health person. God directed me to the place I am in business now. Our mission is to provide people alternatives to the prescription medicine industry. If you do certain changes to your lifestyle, you can free yourself from medicines that have side effects.
1) Move away from animal products that are loaded with growth hormones and fat.
2) Walk at least 30 minutes per day.
3) Only eat 3 times per day. Eat like a King in the morning with your largest meal being whole grains like oatmeal or fortified cereals without sugar. Eat some fruit with your breakfast. Eat like a Queen at lunch with fresh organic vegetables, nuts, legumes, and whole grains. Eat your lightest meal at supper with a bowl of soup or some more organic vegetables. Never eat between meals.
4) Drink plenty of water each day. Your body needs one half its ideal weight in ounces per day.
5) Get plenty of rest.
These habits are the way to achieve permanent weight loss. Don’t listen to the big companies telling you can eat pasta, pizza, cakes and cookies from their expensive program and lose weight. For the amount of money those quick fix companies charge you for one month of their meals, you can buy two months of all the organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains, and legumes you want.
