    I believe there are many lifestyle changes (like accepting the fact that we need to go to bed at a reasonable hour) which can help sleep problems. I also know a lot of people who get relief from sleep problems with melatonin.  It's an excellent, natural product. We would do well to look to nature to help us with many of our health challenges.
