Sweet Pumpkin Whip

Hands-on 15 Minutes

Serves 6


1 ( 3.4 oz ) package instant sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake flavor pudding

1 cup almond milk

1/2 ( 15 oz ) can solid pumpkin ( not pumpkin pie filling ) You can store the other 1/2 of the can in a plastic container and refrigerate for another mixing of this recipe.

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 ( 8 oz ) container sugar – free whipped topping

1. Combine pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl; whisk until well blended. Stir in pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add whipped topping and mix thoroughly.

2. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to two days.

  • I'm wondering to which type of Diabetic does this applicable to? Is it for Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes?

    • Scott, It is my understanding that type 2 diabetes is the one caused by poor diet and lack of exercise. Type 1 diabetes means the body does not produce insulin. You can listen to a great recorded call done by Dr. Chappell about Blood Sugar issues below:
